Before placing an order, the Customer must carefully review and confirm the product title, SKU, specifications, compatibility, size, color, quantity, description, images, and all other product details. Returns may be requested within 7 days from the date the Customer receives the order, as confirmed by the delivery tracking information.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. The Customer must contact us by email and receive return instructions before sending the item back.
A return may be accepted only in the following circumstances:

Returned products must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Customers should use the original shipping carton whenever possible or another suitable protective box.
Products ordered incorrectly because the Customer did not review the product title, SKU, specifications, compatibility, size, color, quantity, description, images, or other product details are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
Items that are worn, used, altered, damaged after delivery, returned without their original packaging, or returned with an opened or tampered product seal will not be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.
