MGCKART Shipping & Delivery Policy

MGCKART (www.mgckart.in) is committed to delivering your orders securely and efficiently across India.

1. Shipping Zones & Rates

  •   We ship all over India using reliable courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees).

  •   Shipping Calculation: Because courier-specific rates cannot be calculated in real-time at the exact moment of placing an order, we charge fixed shipping rates based on your delivery destination (Zone, State, and City).

  •   Courier Assignment: The shipping charges shown at checkout are fixed based on your destination. The specific courier partner is assigned, and the shipment is finalized, during order processing in our warehouse.

  •   Transparency: The fixed zonal/destination shipping charge is calculated and visible in your cart total at checkout before you complete your payment.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines

  •   We process all orders placed before 11:00 AM to ship on the same business day.

  •   Orders placed or processed after 11:00 AM, on weekends, or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

  •   Once dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email address and mobile number via SMS/Email.

3. Delivery Timelines

  •   Estimated Delivery Time: 7 to 8 business days across India.

  •   Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary due to carrier scheduling, regional factors, or local holidays.

4. Damaged Packages
If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, tampered with, or open, please do not accept the delivery. Document the damage (take photos) and contact us immediately at mgckart@mgcindia.co.in so we can resolve the issue with the courier partner. We recommend recording an unboxing video for all packages to assist with damage disputes.
