MGCKART Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at MGCKART through www.mgckart.in.

As we sell replacement components and technical parts, we follow a strict return policy to maintain product quality and integrity.

1. Return Window and Scope

MGCKART offers a 7-day return or replacement window from the date of delivery.

Returns, replacements, or refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

  • The product is received in a defective condition.

  • The product is damaged during transit.

  • An incorrect item is delivered.

Returns will not be accepted for a change of mind or if the customer purchases the wrong model, size, specification, or product by mistake.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The product must be verified as defective or damaged during transit.

  • The product must be uninstalled, unused, and in the same condition in which it was received.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • All protective films, seals, labels, manuals, accessories, and other included items must be intact.

  • The customer must provide the original tax invoice, receipt, or valid proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund:

  • Products showing signs of installation, assembly, testing, usage, physical damage, or modification.

  • Products with soldered points, cut wires, peeled adhesives, scratches, broken seals, or removed protective films.

  • Products damaged due to improper handling, electrical short circuits, incorrect installation, or installation attempts by unauthorized persons.

3. Return Process

Step 1: Submit a Return Request

Please provide the following details:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photographs of the outer and inner packaging

  • Clear photographs or videos of the product showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item

Step 2: Verification

Our technical team will review the return request within 24 to 48 hours.

Approval will be subject to verification of the information, photographs, videos, and product condition provided by the customer.

Step 3: Reverse Pickup or Self-Shipping

Reverse Pickup

Where available, MGCKART will arrange a reverse pickup from the customer’s delivery address.

Self-Shipping

If reverse pickup is not available for the customer’s PIN code, the customer may be requested to ship the product to our warehouse.

Standard return shipping charges of up to ₹100 may be reimbursed after the returned product is received, inspected, and approved.

4. Refunds and Replacements

Replacements

If a replacement request is approved, the replacement product will be dispatched within 2 business days after the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes inspection.

Replacement availability is subject to stock.

Refund Timeline and Verification

If a refund is approved, the payment will be released after 25 days from the date on which the customer returns the order.

This period includes the time required for the return shipment to reach our facility. Return or reverse shipments may take up to 21 days to be delivered to our warehouse.

Once the product is received, our technical team will inspect its condition. The refund will be finalized only after the product passes inspection.

Refund Methods

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

Prepaid Orders

The refund will be credited to the original payment method, including credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking.

Cash on Delivery Orders

The refund will be processed through bank transfer or UPI. Our support team will contact the customer to collect the required payment details.

5. Cancellation Policy

Before Shipping

To cancel an order, email us immediately at mgckart@mgcindia.co.in.

Cancellation requests can only be processed before the order is dispatched from our facility.

After Shipping

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

If the product is no longer required, the customer must accept delivery. A return request may only be submitted if the product meets the eligibility conditions mentioned in this policy.
