Before placing an order, the Customer must carefully review and confirm the product title, SKU, specifications, compatibility, size, color, quantity, description, images, and all other product details. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the selected product is correct and suitable for their requirements.

Returns may be requested within 7 days from the date the Customer receives the order, as confirmed by the delivery tracking information.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. The Customer must contact us by email and receive return instructions before sending the item back.

A return may be accepted only in the following circumstances:

– The Customer received an item that does not match the product title or SKU stated in the confirmed order.
– The item arrived damaged or with damaged packaging.
– The item has a manufacturing defect.
– The shipping provider did not allow the Customer to inspect the goods before making payment.

Products with an opened, broken, removed, or tampered seal are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved, the Customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the returned item. The refund will be issued through the original payment method, where possible.

Returned products must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Customers should use the original shipping carton whenever possible or another suitable protective box.

Products ordered incorrectly because the Customer did not review the product title, SKU, specifications, compatibility, size, color, quantity, description, images, or other product details are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Items that are worn, used, altered, damaged after delivery, returned without their original packaging, or returned with an opened or tampered product seal will not be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.
