Before placing an order, the Customer must carefully review and confirm the product title, SKU, specifications, size, color, compatibility, quantity, description, images, and all other product details. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the selected product is correct and suitable for their requirements.

Returns may be requested within 7 days from the date the Customer receives the order, as confirmed by the delivery tracking information.

The Customer must contact us by email and receive return instructions before returning an item.

A return may be accepted only in the following circumstances:

– The Customer received an item that does not match the product title or SKU stated in the confirmed order.
– The item arrived damaged or with damaged packaging.
– The item has a manufacturing defect.
– The shipping provider did not allow the Customer to inspect the goods before making payment.

Products with an opened, broken, removed, or tampered seal are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved, the Customer will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the returned product. The refund will be issued through the original payment method, where possible.

The returned product must be securely wrapped and packed in a suitable carton to prevent damage during transportation. Customers should use the original shipping carton whenever possible.

Items ordered incorrectly because the Customer did not review the product title, SKU, specifications, compatibility, size, color, quantity, description, or other product details are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Items that are worn, used, altered, damaged after delivery, returned without their original packaging, or returned with an opened or tampered product seal are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
