Return & Refund Policy

MGCKART return and refund requests are subject to approval. Customers can submit a return request from their account dashboard for eligible orders. The request will be reviewed by the MGCKART team and fulfilled only if it matches the Return & Refund Policy conditions.

Return requests may be rejected if:

  • Product is used, damaged, installed, or altered after delivery.
  • Product packaging, accessories, invoice, or warranty documents are missing.
  • Wrong product was ordered by customer and product is not eligible for return.
  • Return window has expired.
  • Order is cancelled, refunded, voided, or not delivered.
  • Product category is non-returnable.
  • Request details are incomplete or incorrect.

Refund or replacement will be processed only after approval and product verification where applicable.
